I have been practicing with Julie for about 3 years now. When I started I could barely do one chaturanga correctly and now I find myself doing 16-20 per practice, due to her teaching style. My strength and stamina have improved immensely, and my focus on the mat has transported into my daily workload as well. I was hesitant to try a private session with Julie at first, since my first choice for workouts was lifting weights, and most of the yoga classes I had taken were not vigorous enough. With my partner’s encouragement, I tried a session and have been hooked ever since.  Julie gives you a great workout (if that’s what you are looking for), you work up a sweat, and you stretch well.
